12-13-2022, 07:22 PM #1A little 3D printing upgrade
I’ve found the slots in the front of the pilot/co-pilot armrests to not really be big enough to hold anything useful, certainly not a modern phone. So printed up some drop in pieces and now I can fit a phone in it. Happy to share STIL for anyone who wants them. It locks into one of the slots so it doesn’t slide around.
Added in some felt for good measure.

I'm probably going to remake the ramps that preload the drawer spring rollers for my Phenom as well.... -

12-25-2022, 08:55 AM #5Hello! Overwhelmed by the messages from people liking this - thank you. I guess I wasn't the only one annoyed by the slots.
For the 3D printers out there:
I'm attaching a zip file with 3 STLs in it, two of the files are the Pilot and Co-Pilot trays, the 3rd is the piece that locks the trays into the middle slot and you would need to print 2 of those and either glue it on to the outlined position on the bottom or double side tape it.
For those with no 3D printer:
I didn't quite expect as many requests and these take about 20 hours to print - so I can print these out and just start mailing them out. Alternatively, I ended up printing a mold of the trays and will hopefully be able to produce carbon fiber versions at a much faster pace as that only takes like 4 hours. Going to tackle the first one tomorrow and will post the results.
Edit: Zip should be visible now.

01-10-2023, 07:47 AM #9Ok I have 6 pairs made up and I believe 5 pairs are spoken for, so 1 pair left for the Phenom 100/100E. I’ll PM those I need addresses for.
