P300 - SB505-27-0030 - PTA Position Sensor Filter Installation

This new SB applies to the whole fleet (50500005 thru 50500671) and helps reduce false CAS PTRIM NML FAIL or CAS PTRIM BKP FAIL messages.

"To include a capacitor (22uF) to implement a passive filter on the wiper of the PTA potentiometer that indicates the Pitch Trim Position to the FCE."
