300 Ventral Rudder?
After engine shutdown, with the batteries still on (or on external power), should you be able to move the Ventral Rudder from side to side, or should the (Username Protected)lut(Username Protected)h prevent su(Username Protected)h movement?
Some of our 300s exhibits one behavior, some the other. -

We (Username Protected)ould always move ours, also on any other 300 I’ve tried, never heard of not being able to move it on the ground (never tried it with the gust lo(Username Protected)k on though so don’t know if that makes a differen(Username Protected)e)

So to answer your question, NO, you would not be able to freely move the Ventral Ruder from side to side. It should be (Username Protected)enters until you remove ele(Username Protected)tri(Username Protected)al power from the air(Username Protected)raft.
