10-10-2021, 09:48 AM #1AEROBASK PHENOM 300 in X-PLANE
Has anyone on this forum experimented with the Aerobask Phenom 300 ? I have been using it in X-Plane with the Aviatek G1000 desktop setup and would appreciate speaking with other Phenom 300 pilots about how to maximize its effectiveness. Thank you, Chris (Username Protected)

10-10-2021, 10:21 AM #2I got it back when first released but have not played with it much since. I have the RealSimGear G1000 panel to teach my kids IFR procedures, it works well for that but doesn’t simulate engine failures etc well.

10-10-2021, 02:11 PM #3A very nice setup!
I tried Phenom 100 by Caranado. It doesn't work well. G1000 panels are not compatible with my Virtual Fly G1000 hardware. Caranado Navbase doesn't work, TOGA doesn't work properly, lots of bugs.

The aerobask is pretty spot on, minus some “sim” isms that you really can’t get rid of it, it works pretty well. I mostly fly it online when I’m doing stuff on Vatsim.

10-12-2021, 03:16 PM #5I have one of the earlier RealSim G1000 setups but am thinikng of upgrading for the BATD setup. Yours looks like the Cirrus (?) If you have any time, I could really use a few pointers about the third party software available and how to integrate it into xPlane. Thank you, Chris (301-980-4567) or cs(Username Protected)@mac.com
