06-28-2021, 08:37 AM #1Post 10 Year Maintenance Acceptance Test Plan
I hopefully am picking up my Phenom 300 from Duncan later this week. It has been down for the 10Y for nearly 4 months due to Embraer landing gear parts issues. That is a very long and troubling story for another thread.
Does someone have a post "C-Check" test plan they can share; even a generic one? I am looking for a checklist of items to test on the ground and in air such as pressurization, bleeds, fuel flows, etc.
Thanks! -

06-30-2021, 11:47 AM #3I was provided an Embraer Acceptance Test Flight plan which is pretty comprehensive. I'm editing the document to include additional items such as interior/exterior inspections, more thorough pressurization checks (e.g. Dump) and equipment list.
If someone has a comprehensive check list for things like current rev of AFM/QRH/POH/MEL, gear pins, covers, etc I'd appreciate it.
