Why is there a 180 KIAS limitation with the yaw damper off when in icing conditions?

Hello,

I literally emailed this question to Embraer a couple of weeks ago. According to Embraer, it is a flight testing issue and the values above 180kts were not satisfactory. They didn’t expound on what the “values” were in the email.
