Another Phenom 100 off the runway, this time in Brazil. SDAG Angra dos Reis Airport. 2,995 ft runway. Luckily no injuries.
"An Embraer 500 Phenom 100 jet, LV-GQN, overrun the runway during a landing attempt in gusting wind conditions at Angra dos Reis Airport (SDAG), Brazil."

In all seriousness, who in the hell is operating Phenoms to 3000ft strips? Is this actually common in Brazil? Seems way beyond my minima. -

03-17-2022, 02:05 AM #4Any idiot who operates a Phenom 100 into a 2900’ runway deserves to over run it!
(12 years on this aircraft and 34,000 total hours. You'll never catch me in one of those, unless if I'm on fire or lost both engines.)
