01-27-2022, 08:02 PM #1DOORBAG FWD OPEN CAS Message and SWPS HTR 2 FAIL as well.
On engine startup today, we received the SWPS HTR 2 FAIL message. Plane had been sitting for 5 weeks and the only thing we've done is had it washed and did the 28 day-no-use checklist as well as updated the sd cards. On landing and the subsequent restart the message came back immediately again. ADS/AOA was set to auto. I guess the one thing we could have done and not sure if it works with WOW is to check and see if it actually heats up. But google didn't return any results for helpful troubleshooting, but we have a call into our service center.

After leveling off in cruise today at FL320 and -50 we got a yellow DOORBAG FWD OPEN CAS Message. While we were 100% sure the baggage door was not in fact opened in flight, and 3 people on the plane all verified they saw the baggage latches all closed, we couldn't of course actually see it. QRH says speed to 186 and land as soon as practical. On downwind to land, the CAS message went away. Inspecting the 2 micro switches after landing didn't really give us much in the way of answers other than the pins appeared to work as normal and the switches seemed to move as normal. Same issue on the flight back. CAS came on shortly after leveling off.
Anyone ever have either of these by chance?

02-20-2022, 07:22 AM #3Just to circle back on this, they adjusted the forward baggage door microswitches down at Embraer KFLL and our flight yesterday produced no CAS messages. We didn't get to -50 which is when it would get set off prior, but will try to test that out today.
They also replaced the AoA vane and that fixed the CAS message we received about that.
Can't say enough good things about Mike Childs and his team down there. Top notch.
