As part of our ongoing efforts to provide excellence in products and customer service, I am pleased to introduce to you Paulo McCluskey, the head of Aftermarket Programs & Business Support.
Paulo is focused on the support of our Embraer Executive Care (EEC) fleet, with specific oversight and accountability for EEC contract and program administration. With special attention to processes and systems, he will be responding to your feedback about our EEC program support, sharing regular EEC program developments and elevating the EEC customer service and experience.
Paulo has been with Embraer for 23 years in various customer support roles, most recently as a Head of Commuter on Demand Aviation CRM. He has supported Embraer Commercial products from a technical, commercial and contract perspective, all in customer facing roles. Paulo is an EmbraerX Ambassador, a Lean Process Specialist ,Aircraft Appraiser and Customer Advocate. He will remain based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with EEC support teams worldwide.
