05-14-2024, 07:07 PM #1New rules for taking your dog on an international trip
Traveling outside of the USA with your dog is getting a little more complicated.
The CDC is extending its temporary suspension of dog importation from high-risk dog rabies countries until July 31, 2024. In addition, starting on August 1, 2024, dogs entering or returning to the United States must meet new, specific requirements depending on where they have been in the 6 months before entering the U.S. and where they received their rabies vaccines (if required). The existing, and the new requirements can be found here:

05-15-2024, 08:20 PM #2Question. These airports id entry have been in effect for some time. However, I always enter at KBED and haven't had an issue. (I get my dog vaccinated in the USA) Does anyone know if this is going to change?
