    Hydrostatic check of O2 Cylinder

    Does anyone know why there is no tolerance on the hydrostatic check of the O2 cylinder? It’s an outlier from the other scheduled maintenance that happens around the 60mo period.

    yes a 5 year item based on the bottle age from manufacture its Providence not how long its been installed in the airplane

    As i understand the oxygen tank life is independent of airplane install date and based on its birth ( manufacture) date
