Hello Everyone. Our Cabin Management System is not working. We already performed the reset the IFE/REFRESHMENT to OFF then ON, always resulting in our 2 Monitors showing only the Embraer Logo, the PCU on the LH VIP seat stays totally OFF and we dont have control about lights, audio, etc. The Maintenance Center, after to have researched the failure, told us about to be the PCU or the PROCESSOR in failure. By this way, we ask if had someone of you experienced some failure like that and could help us.
For Reference our acft is 2018 equipped with Premium CMS.
