Does anyone have a very senior contact at Embraer we can connect with? We have an earlier serial number P300 which we purchased the divan SB for to expand from 7 to 9 pax.

Long story short, it’s been nearly 2 years and we’ve now put the plane down with Aerostar twice to complete the work. Embraer has come in at the last second delaying our ability to finish the work because of a single part that they have not supplied. This time around they told us that they would provide the engineering to machine it locally and now have said it will not be until Dec 2023 that they will be able to support this.

Looking for very senior contacts at Embraer that we can contact to resolve this final piece and complete the work.
