ESP Overview
ESP is a pay-per-hour engine service plan. The majority of the Phenom fleet is either on ESP or JSSI's engine plans, so planes without engine coverage are trading at discount. Unlike similar programs on Williams engines, ESP has no minimum annual utilization requirement. Early Enrollment discount is available when enrolling with less than 200 TTSN and is applicable up to 2000 TTSN.
ESP Platinum
ESP Platinum is a new plan for 2020. The new Platinum plan applies to both the PW535 and PW617 engine models and includes everything in ESP Gold and:
- Routine Periodic Inspections (scheduled line maintenance)
- Routine Periodic Inspections covers reasonable labour costs to perform the routine periodic inspections and maintenance tasks specified in the EMM, as well as the cost of the associated engine parts and consumables required during the inspections.
- Annual Engine Wash
- Environmental damage repair (corrosion, erosion and sulfidation)
- The cost of labour and/or parts replacement to repair environmental damage, i.e., corrosion, erosion and sulfidation, as required by the engine manual.
- Coverage applies to external components such as cases and housings, as well as internal components such as turbine blades, bearings, etc.
- Coverage is subject to documented compliance with the EMM, including engine washing and preservation.

ESP Gold/Gold Lite
ESP Gold covers most costs associated with Overhaul, Hot Section, required Service Bulletins, and Unscheduled engine maintenance. Engine Trend monitoring is also included.
Mobile Team's travel costs for AOG unscheduled engine maintenance is covered, but not for scheduled maintenance such on-wing Hot Sections at your local service center.

ESP Gold Lite excludes Life Limited Parts, which are typically required to be replaced by the second overhaul based on cycles. These are fairly expensive parts.

If a Life Limited Parts needs to be replaced early during the first Overhaul (and the part is removed for warrantable reason) than pro-rata credit would apply. Each LCF has a different commercial limit but theoretically if the part has a life limit of 10000 cycles and only makes it 9000 – than PRC would cover that 1000 cycles. The balance would be invoiced to the customer. LCF replaced for reasons not covered by warranty (ie: FOD, corrosion, etc) – 100% of the part would be invoiced to the customer.

ESP Silver/Silver Lite
ESP Silver is similar to Gold, except it does not costs to remove/install and shipping the engine. Mobile repair team for AOG is also not included, but available on demand.

ESP Enrollment Process
If you are buying a used plane and it is already enrolled on ESP, the seller will transfer the existing agreement. There is a $3,800 transfer fee.
If the plane is not on ESP and you would like to enroll, there is a buy-in fee equal to the hourly rate x flight hours.
