    Phenom 300 single Point Fueling Fail Light On

    Anyone have issues with the single point fueling for a Phenom 300? FAIL light stays on. Relays have been checked and no fault found. Following communication with Embraer support. Please let me know if anyone else had similar issues and found a solution. Many thanks.

    ----
    For troubleshooting the fueling fail light issue we carried out the following;
    Swapped the following relays:
    K0176 - K0182
    K0181 - K0186
    K0181 - K0185
    K0188 - K0182
    As the failure light remined on we continued with FIM 28-23-00-810-801.
    By page 12 block 20, we ordered the pressure refueling control panel. And once slaved in we still got the red fail light.
    Per the FIM the next step is to order the Fuel Conditioning Unit.

    I went through a similar situation with my fuel panel a year ago. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting was complicated by Embraer sending multiple "no trouble found" replacement fuel panels that immediately failed; including my originally failed fuel panel (long story).

    Thanks - was the problem ever solved? They have gone through all of the above, new panel and also FCU. No luck. So now they will change both refuel valves.

    My issue was the fuel panel itself which includes the computer located behind the panel. The fuel valves were fine.

    We've had this problem twice. Both times it was a bad fuel tank high level sensor, once in one wing, once in the other. Fortunately this is an inexpensive part. Definitely check these before replacing the fuel panel!
