Does anyone know any individual mechanics or shops that specialize in 300E needs ? We are taking delivery this quarter and plan to be maintained primarily at DAL for inspections and scheduled Mx. Looking for someone who can handle the in between things that may occasionally arise.

Does Embraer have sufficient AOG support to handle things mobile?

I agree w Aerostar. They’re really great with phenoms. But, they also have a large net Jets contract. You will see a lot of planes on the ram West many of them being that jets. Also, when you drop it off, there’s not going to be any rush service you just get in line 1st one in first one out.

If you are new to the Embraer family I can help with the transition of bringing the aircraft into service. I've been flying the aircraft since 2010 managing and supporting folks like yourself. I totally agree with using Chris Grinnell. I've known him for over 10 years. If your aircraft is brand new, you'll have a choice of the warranties that Embraer offers. You will also have a field representative that covers the Texas area that can supply answers to all questions. He is an Embraer employee. Mr. (Username Protected), I worked at an Embraer Authorized service Center from 2007 - 2024. I have now opened Phenomenal Aviation LLC to help new owners with the transition to an Embraer product. I worked with Chris Grinnell in the past and I can vouch for Aero Star. Aero Star is a great company with several years experience maintaining the Phenom 300 series aircraft. To make you aware there is a second option in DAL and that is the Embraer Owned Service Center if your aircraft has first run warranty. The owned center can work the warranty items and bill to Embraer. Aero Star will take great care of your aircraft but I wanted to make sure you knew all of your options.
