Flyembraer.com Support
I have been unable to log in to flyembraer.com since their upgrade this past weekend. I opened a ticket with the Contact Center who forwarded my issue over to [email protected]. After some time with no action, I pinged them again only to learn they closed my ticket (without checking to see if I can log in, which I cannot).
Anybody else having trouble logging in? Anybody know how to get some actual support?

I am experiencing difficulty with accessing the new web application using RSA Authentication for signing in authorisation. RSA Authentication Doesn’t work for me.
Email authorisation is working well. -

I had to reset my password. The first few times I tried this, it didn't work. But after a few days, they sorted it out. I also found their new site to be browser sensitive. Chrome seemed the most stable.

I've got the advice from FlyEmbraer Support:We kindly ask you to remove your registered mobile from the RSA portal and then register it again.
they sent me a PDF guide to help with this process.
