    Phenom 100/300 Reliability Reports 1H 2023

    Embraer just published the Fleet Reliability Reports for the first half of 2023. The Phenom 300 fleet now has 1.96M flight hours, with the fleet leader at 10,271 hours. The Phenom 100 fleet has about half the flight hours (892,692 Flight Hours), but the fleet leader has 11,741 hours!

    I don't think there are any part surprises here, with the Emergency Battery, CDM, FCSOV, and starer-gens topping the P300 part failures list. For the P100, the Flaps, PRSOV, and the hydraulic pump take the top spots.

    728 aircraft. 1.96M Flight Hours. Fleet leader 10,271 Hours.

    Thanks for forwarding, (Username Protected). I'm surprised that emer brake accumulator leak isn't in the top 10 for the 100. Seen a lot of those. Also Brake Control units for the 300. Had two of those. Cheers, JT.

    Where do you find this info, (Username Protected)?

    Do you have, or can you point me to, the same info for the Praetor (500 or full 545/550 fleet)?
