If you did not receive our email blast of a few weeks ago, we wanted to alert operators to the fact that Jet-A1 is now available at the Galapagos Islands at the San Cristobal Airport (SEST). Fuel is available at certain hours of the day (1415 UTC -1500, 2030 - 2200 UTC) and can be paid for with credit card. This has been a long time coming and greatly facilitates flying your own jet to the Galapagos islands.

We have assisted our customers in the past to fly their jets there, but it was always a challenge to match range, maximum landing weight, etc. to get everything to work out. Bear in mind that there is limited parking space available and that you still have to go through the inspection and disinsection process before departing Ecuador, so this is a trip you need to plan for in advance.
