At EOC'23 Embraer shared that only 45% of the US based Phenom 100 fleet has upgraded to BCU-8, which addresses many of the lateral control issues during braking.

This upgrade is FREE through Apr 23, 2024, after which owners will have to pay (cost TBD). I encourage you all the get the SB done during your next service visit; if sell the plane after the warranty campaign has concluded it likely will come up during the pre-buy.
