EOC'23: Phenom 300 PW535E Flange Bolts upcoming AD
At EOC'23, Pratt Whitney Canada shared that some PW535E engines that have been overhauled did not have the gas generator case to turbine support case flange bolts replaced as required, and the Service Bulletin on this issue is expected to turn into an AD. Operators have 400 hrs to comply, and PWC is picking up the tab.
They are working on new bolts that lasts the full life of the engine.
