Good day to all,

First time posting anything related our 2 years old phenom 300E.

We had an issue last year during the winter operations. We started Eng 2 as normal, no abnormal indications, but when we tried to star Eng 1, nothing happened and we got a CAS alert ENG NO DISPATCH. We did a battery reset for 2 min. NOTHING. We tried it again for 30 min and NOTHING AGAIN.

This happened at Grand junction airport so we called west star aviation. They found out one of the LPDU relays was the cause and replace it. After that didnt had an issue for a whole year. That was till last week, when we had the exact problem again. Luckily, we did a battery reset, waited for 30 min and that solved the problem.

has anyone been in this situation and what was the solution if so ?

What exactly is the LPDU relay? Something to do with the igniters?
