    Garmin NXi Coverage under EEC - Finally!

    During today's webinar, EEC announced that Garmin NXi is now finally covered under EEC!

    The twist is that Garmin will directly provide the support for EEC customers. To be eligible you have to register your NXi installation with EEC.

    SUBJECT: Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 GARMIN NXi STC maintenance support for Executive Care Customers

    1. NXi Special Coverage - Customer Procedure / Eligibility

    For Executive Care customers to be eligible for the NXi STC Special Coverage as defined above, the requirements below must be met:


    1.1 Customer must notify the Executive Care team at [email protected] regarding Garmin NXi STC implementation or if they have already installed the Garmin NXi STC in the aircraft and provide aircraft current accumulated flight hours.

    1.2 Provide evidence (SC Shop Find Report/ Aircraft logbook print) proving the STC incorporation, including installation date.

    1.3 Ensure Service Center/Garmin dealer has registered units with Garmin after NXI STC installation.

    In the event the Warranty registration was not submitted within 90 days of airworthiness from NXi installation date and/or the NXi warranty has expired, the Warranty registration will have a 45-day period during which there is a lapse in coverage prior to acceptance into NXi Special Coverage. Product registration should be jointly coordinated with Garmin in case no registration was submitted.
