Ads 1 htr fail / ads 2 slip fail

Hi alll! We’re AOG due to an ADS 1 HTR FAIL, for the second time in a week, we changed the IASP 1 on Thursday and yesterday after 5 minutes of flight we had the cas message ADS 1 HTR FAIL / ADS 2 SLIP FAIL again.

I did a ground reset and FIM recommended by Embraer and nothing, now I'm waiting for the technicians to come and do a check of the control panel/wiring, any one with this failure that could share their experience?

    Thanks!

They still don’t have parts!!? That’s crazy…We ended up having a guy from constant aviation checking the probe and he fixed it changing some parts, he was a genius. I can send you his contact on a PM

    Iasp

I had a similar issue, took it to the Embraer Service Center in FLL and part was replaced within a couple days. See message from Contact Center below:

    Phenom 100:
last two flights, got the white CAS: ADS 1 HTR FAIL
    ADS 2 HTR FAIL

Both messages appeared together soon after takeoff, lasted for a couple seconds and disappeared. Happened 4 times during flight.
Next flight, happened once on descent and again, only lasted a couple of seconds.
    QRH: “Crew awareness”
    Anyone had this experience?
Does it portend a hard heater fail? If so, BOTH heaters, at same time?
Or is it one of those spurious electrical thingies?

    (Username Protected),

As an experienced avionics tech. I can tell you this a very uncommon Situation. Pitot-static heaters should be independent from each other. Any pitot-static associated circuit breakers
should be located in the nose circuit breaker panel (EPDU). You may want to reset these. Also not sure if you noticed any airspeed fluctuations? You can try testing the heaters on the ground. Also could have been a nuisance messages sometimes common on Garmin avionics. If you have phenom WDM I can help you troubleshoot further.

it is happening intermittently, a couple of times on two subsequent flights, each one showing 2 CAS messages..the same ones, but disappearing within a couple of seconds
