does anybody has MMEL/MEL pdf files and/or AMM Chapter 4/5 for Phenom 300? I am training to prepare operational documentation for aircraft.

Yes but MMEL does not contain (M) maintenance and (O) operational actions. Embraer is issuing MEL template that has such actions included.

Does not anybody have it?

Correct, but the Embraer published documents have been watermarked for the last year with the user name who downloaded it, so many have become more reluctant to share documents publicly. Maybe someone will offline.
