    TechPubs app not displaying manuals

    My TechPubs app had been working fine, including yesterday morning. Then I did an ‘update’ to get the new FOL.

    Now I am not getting any manuals at all! (See attached screenshot.) Any ideas / fixes? I’ve engaged contact center & support…. Without success so far.

    Update: Embraer had to reset the profile, then I uninstalled the app and re-installed. All working now.

    Thanks for the fix (Username Protected). I had the same problem and followed your last two steps of deleting and reinstalling the app. Now everything's back.

    I have emailed Embraer Support and Contact Center and they have been zero help with this problem. I have had the best luck as stated above:
    - Delete the App
    - Reinstall the App
    - Sign in again on the app and re-dowload all your documents

    It is a pain, don't understand why it keeps happening...

    I hope they use their nearly 700% increase in techpubs costs (insane) to make their system work better...
