KFMY - KPHX 1674NM into the wind, possible?

For the 300 group out here, anyone think this happens against a 61kt headwind and an arrival into PHX?

Foreflight is giving me this plan: MOOKY REMIS Q100 LEV J86 ELP J50 ALIBY DRRVR PINNG1

If you slow it down to .68 cruise it says fuel burn around be about 4376lbs giving you almost 1000lbs landing PHX, if they don't bring me down super early and that is assuming a perfect climb out of SW Florida.

@(Username Protected) - you ever attempt this route?

I have done PIE-SLC (1694 nm) with ~40 kts headwind, burned 4430 lbs and landed 770 lbs. Too light for my preference but VMC weather and multiple runways. Much less stressful to stop for fuel somewhere in Texas though.

I think 750 lbs could qualify for § 91.167(3) "Fly after that for 45 minutes at normal cruising speed".

    FL450 430 TAS 1,005 pph = 45 min @ 430 kts @ FL450 = 750 lbs
    1500 ft 150 TAS 1,005 pph = 45 min @ 150 kts @ 1500ft = 750 lbs

I fly to PHX regularly (though never from the East) but always get very efficient descent profiles.

If you are asking whether you should refuel, you’ve already answered the question
Get some cheap gas in Texas and enjoy the flights.
BTW for the part 135 operation I fly for, landing below 1000 pounds is considered an emergency, and a written report is required
