myPhenom 4.0 released
myPhenom 4.0 released was released this afternoon (it takes a few hours to propagate)

Change Log
- myPhenom now requires a free PhenomPilots.org membership. Existing myPhenom users can temporarily continue to use the app without interruption. To ensure continued access Reactivate with your PhenomPilots.org account. Once reactivated, the app will never expire.
- New look and feel
- Clarified Flap 2 Take Off errors
- Moved W&B to first tab
- Also available in the MacOS App store for Apple Silicon Macs

Hi (Username Protected),
I`ve downloaded the last version yesterday but in my iPad the app crash when I try to use the takeoff or landing tabs.

05-26-2021, 02:02 PM #8Neil Singer wrote an article recently, don't recall the magazine, in it he noted the myPhenom app (not by name) does not take runway slope into account. He makes a valid point that runway slope is important. While I understand the myPhenom app uses the Embraer tables and adding runway slope into the calculation is probably beyond the scope, it would be nice if the app flagged a runway has a slope greater then some limit; say 0.5%.
Secondly, your "Warning" does not state that runway slope is not considered. Given it is shown, one might mistakenly assume it is part of the analysis. -

Agreed. I need to look at the calculations, but I think the issue Neil highlighted is that the POH does not have any slope correction factors published for dry or wet runway landing. It does have data for contaminated, and for takeoff.
