If your scheduling your HSI, consider having PWC complete the annual 12month/600 hour inspection at that time. It is surprising what is in the 12 month/600 hour that would be so simple to complete as part of the HSI. It's also surprising that PWC doesn't bring this to the operators' attention. Their policy is "do only what the customer asks for" even though it would generate some additional revenue for PWC...and savings for the operator.

I've been looking into the operating costs of the p100 and haven't found actual numbers. Many operators are involved in hourly cost maintenance programs, maybe you're not..
if you don'y mind me asking, do you recall an approximate cost per engine for the HSI?
And btw thanks for the advice.

(Username Protected), we're on the PWC program so we had no costs or over and aboves on the HSI.
