Back in September Garmin issued Garmin NXI STC SB 20103 Rev A, and is applicable to G1000 NXi-equipped Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 aircraft with system software version 3643.00 or 3643.01.

System Software Version 3643.04 provides the following enhancements:

• Corrects SW loading of the GWX 68 Weather Radar
• Corrects the EDM (Emergency Descent Mode) annunciation color from red to green Enables the CVR (Cockpit Voice Recorder) erase function
• Enables the CVR failure indication
• Enables the FDR (Flight Data Recorder) failure indication
• Enables the cabin altitude high driven automatic thrust reserve inhibit

MANDATORY: Compliance with the STC service bulletin is mandatory at the next 100-hour/annual inspection, not to exceed 6 months.
